■ Product Standard: GB12527-1990 GB14049-1993
■ Application:
This product is applicable for aerial power transmission line with alternating current rating voltage U(Um)1(1.2)kV, 10(12)kV and 35(42)kV.
■ Characteristics:
1. Rating voltage is 1kV, 10kV and 35kV.
2. Temperature of laying should not be less than -20℃ .
3. The final working temperature of cable when short circuit (5S) happens: HDPE insulated 150℃ ，XLPE insulated 250℃ .
4. Allowable working temperature for long period of cable conductor:
(1) Cable with bearing structure: HDPE insulated is 75℃ ; XLPE insulated is 90℃ .
(2) Cable without bearing structure: cable GB is under consideration.
5. Fault time of single phase earthing of cable should not be larger than 1min; the longest should not be larger than 8h; the time in one year should not be larger than 125h.
6. Allowable semi-diameter of bending should not be less than:
(1) Single bore cable is 20(D+d) ±5%mm; TR structure is 20Dmm.
(2) Multi-core cable is 15(D+d) ±5%mm.
